Privacy Policy.
We take your privacy seriously. This policy outlines how we handle data when you interact with Mire Core Mesh.
Data Collection
We only collect data that is necessary to facilitate our consulting engagements or communicate with you regarding our research and journal publications.
Usage
Your data is never sold to third parties. We use analytical data strictly for improving our own website architecture and service offerings.
Third-Party Processors
A small number of infrastructure and scheduling vendors support the operation of this website and our engagement intake process. Each is bound to use client data solely for the function it performs on our behalf, reflecting the same structural boundaries we help client organizations design into their own communication protocols.
Retention
Intake and diagnostic data gathered during a Discovery phase is retained for the length of the engagement plus 24 months, to allow the "Refinement & Integration" phase of our Protocol to reference the original baseline. Journal subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting contact@mirecoremesh.com. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and resolve them within 30.
International Handling
Mire Core Mesh is based in Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan. Where an engagement involves a client team located outside Japan, data may be processed by the vendors described above under the same contractual safeguards, regardless of their infrastructure's physical location.
Changes to This Policy
We review this policy whenever the tools underlying our practice change materially, and will reflect any update here.
Contact
For privacy-related questions, reach us at contact@mirecoremesh.com or by post at 3-15-5 Shiohama, Kawasaki-ku, Kawasaki, Kanagawa 210-0826, Japan.
Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable law requires it, we rely on legitimate interest to respond to inquiries you initiate, and on contractual necessity once an engagement agreement is signed. Where we send Journal or Field Notes updates by email, we do so only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Website Analytics
We use aggregated, anonymized analytics to understand which Approach or Programs pages lead to a contact-form submission — the same kind of structural observation we apply when mapping a client's own communication patterns. This data is not linked to your identity unless you have separately contacted us.
Data Security
Engagement-related information is held on access-restricted systems, limited to the practitioners directly involved in your engagement.
Children's Privacy
Our work is directed at organizations and their adult personnel. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18, and will delete any such data promptly if identified.
How We Respond to Legal Requests
If we receive a legally binding request for information from a regulator or court, we will assess its validity before disclosing anything, and where legally permitted, notify the affected client organization so they may respond themselves.
Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your data in line with this policy, contact us first at contact@mirecoremesh.com so we can address it directly; you also retain the right to raise the matter with the applicable data protection authority.
Cookies Cross-Reference
